Established in 2013, A I Zurita Engineering & Consultancy, founded by Engr. Ansley I. Zurita,

has grown significantly through the trust and support of our valued clients and business

partners. Over the years, the company has evolved into a corporation, now operating with

the same dedicated team, alongside new colleagues who share our vision.

Our pledge is to provide the finest engineering design solutions in mechanical and fire

protection systems—solutions that exceed safety and performance expectations for the

modern world. The people who make up A I Zurita & Associates embody the values of

are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in mechanical and fire protection design

We initially specialized in mechanical and fire protection design and consultancy services.

Our mission has always been to make a meaningful contribution to society by ensuring

comfort and safety through our professional expertise and technical skills. In 2018, we

expanded our services to include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection

Design and Build. In 2024, A I Zurita Engineering & Consultancy transitioned to A I Zurita &

Associates. Our commitment to excellence remains steadfast as we continue to deliver

exceptional value to our clients through innovation, foresight, and outstanding service. We

take pride in completing high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule and within

budget.
